If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Sensory Swing, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Here's what you need to know about our refund process:

  1. Eligibility: The swing must be returned in its original condition, with all the parts, accessories, and packaging intact. Used swings that are damaged or have missing parts are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Return Process: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
